To download an individual photo:
Tap or click the photo you want.
Select the download icon.
Follow the prompts to save the image to your phone or computer.
Repeat these steps for each photo you would like to keep.
Please download the actual image instead of taking a screenshot. Screenshots dramatically reduce the resolution and overall quality of your headshot.

Why Is My Headshot Horizontal?
You may notice that some of your headshots are delivered horizontally. That is intentional!
A horizontal image gives you more flexibility. The same photo can be cropped vertically, square or horizontally depending on where you plan to use it.
This allows one headshot to work for:
LinkedIn and other profile photos
Company websites
Speaker bios
Email signatures
Marketing materials
Social media posts
Website banners
It is always better to have a little extra space around you than to receive a photo that is already cropped too tightly.

How to Crop Your Headshot Vertically on an iPhone
Open the downloaded photo in the Photos app.
Tap Edit.
Tap the Crop icon.
Tap the Aspect Ratio icon.
Choose 4:5 or 3:4 for a vertical headshot.
Move the photo inside the crop until it looks the way you want.
Leave a little space above your head and around your shoulders.
Tap Done.
For a LinkedIn or other profile picture, you can also select the Square option. Remember that many websites display square profile images as a circle, so leave enough room around your face.
How to Crop Your Headshot on an Android Phone
Open the downloaded photo in Google Photos.
Tap Edit.
Select Crop.
Tap Aspect Ratio.
Choose 4:5 for a vertical image or Square for a profile photo.
Reposition the image until you like the crop.
Tap Done and then Save.
If your phone gives you the option, choose Save as Copy. This allows you to keep the original horizontal image along with your newly cropped version.
A Few Cropping Tips
Do not crop directly at the top of your head.
Leave some breathing room around your face and shoulders.
Keep your eyes in approximately the upper third of the image.
Use a square crop for most profile photos.
Use a 4:5 crop when you need a traditional vertical headshot.
Keep the original horizontal version because you may need it for a website, banner or marketing piece later.

Your professionally edited image is ready to use as delivered. Cropping simply lets you create different versions for different needs!
